A “SPEC” wine is not available to be sold at BCL government liquor stores, but is available at private wine stores and restaurants.  Private consumers throughout the province of British Columbia are able to purchase our SPEC wines directly Buy the Case. These wines will be shipped to the BCL location of your choice, where you must pick up. We are not allowed to offer any wines to addresses outside of British Columbia.

Due to BCLDB regulations, we cannot sell single bottles, custom mixed cases, or partial cases. All of our wines are sold by the unmixed case (usually cases of 12 bottles). The price you pay is the retail price*.  This offer is your best price, as private retail prices are marked up higher and vary by store, location and restaurant.

So depending on where you live and which BCL government store you want to pick your wine up from (https://www.bcliquorstores.com/store/locator) you simply call the store manager and order a case using the SKU.  It will take between 2-3 weeks to arrive at the BCL store where you order from. They will take all your contact information and call you to pick up when it arrives.
