From the elevated limestone vineyards of Coteaux Varois en Provence, Les Hauts de Fresquière delivers a classic, yet distinctive Provence rosé. A refined, dry Provence rosé from inland vineyards. Pale pink with aromas of fresh red berries, white peach, and delicate florals. Crisp acidity and subtle minerality reflect the limestone soils of the appellation. Varietals: Grenache 55%, Cinsault 35% & Syrah 10%. The history of the original inn at La Fresquière—a place built for gathering and hospitality—reinforces the idea that this wine is meant to be experienced and shared. Excellent with tapenade, caprese salad, seafood, grilled vegetables, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
