Of course, Veronique, wife of Christophe and mother of Quentin, is in charge.<\/p>\n<p>Terroir: The vines grow on siliceous slopes on the left bank of the Cher and its tributaries, on a layer of limestone.<\/p>\n<p>Vinification:<\/p>\n<p>100% Sauvignon Sustainably Farmed Vegan Certified HEV Accredited<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>One of the seven European vineyards, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, the vineyards unfold as far as the eye can see. Fifty winegrowers passionately produce top of the range wines, the development of which requires precise and binding technical specifications, and marketing authorization subject to rigorous qualitative validation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Touraine-Chenonceaux (AOP) is set around Loire Valley\u2019s most picturesque and iconic Chatea\u0302u, of the same name.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Tasting Notes:<\/p>\n<p>Classy and elegant with a purity and intensity of floral notes and restrained exotic and citrus fruit. Golden colour with a complex minerality that rewards in a sophisticated wine balanced by acidity. Aging on fine lees, brings roundness and finesse.
