He endeavours to combine ancestral tradition with the more recent approach of sustainable agriculture aiming to preserve the environment and produce the very best her terroir has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>Varietals: Grenache 80%, Syrah 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Tasting Notes:\u00a0Deep garnet red colour with purple hues.
