Soleillades is a selection of the best fruit of the Coteaux d’Aix en Provence. The traditional varieties Grenache (50%), Cinsault (40%) and Syrah (10%) are used. The wine has a bright pink colour with a fruity aroma. It tastes of crisp watermelon with a citrus twist over a delicious raspberry background. Enjoy as an aperitif or will pair perfectly with charcuterie, grilled fish and chicken, Indian, Mexican or Thai food.
